Hi! My name is Melanie! I am the Sunday School Superintendent during the school year and VBS director during the summer. God's fingerprints are visible in my day to day life through many little details from providing food when we were hungry before we ever had to ask to putting us in some tough situations to bless us more deeply than we could have ever imagined. Matthew 6:26-30 reminds me daily to not worry about anything. God provides for the birds in the air and the lilies in the fields. Am I not more important in His eyes? God has continued to provide for my family and I. When things get hard, I know He is there to pick up the pieces. God has got my back.
I keep busy by homeschooling my 4 kiddos. You can often find me playing with yarn by crocheting or knitting.
God made me uniquely me and I am thankful to be me. If I had to be something else, I would love to be an octopus. Octopi are incredibly smart, resilient, and crafty. They are able to squeeze into the smallest of spaces and are known escape artists. Octopi can blend into their surroundings which make them ideal for playing hide and seek.

Matthew 6:26-30
“Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life? And why do you worry about clothes? See how the flowers of the field grow. They do not labor or spin. Yet I tell you that not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these. If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, will he not much more clothe you—you of little faith?”
Every WeekSunday School
Sunday School is a welcoming and engaging place where children can learn about God’s love, grow in their faith, and build meaningful friendships within our church community. Through Bible stories, creative activities, conversation, and hands-on learning, children are encouraged to ask questions, explore their faith, and discover how God’s grace is present in their everyday lives. Together, we create a caring and joyful environment where every child can feel known, supported, and excited to continue growing in their relationship with God.

Nursery & Family Care
A welcoming, comfortable space for our youngest children
and their families during Sunday worship.
Our nursery is available during Sunday worship from 9:00–10:00 a.m. for children from birth through age 4. The nursery is currently open but unstaffed as we work toward having it fully staffed by the end of the summer.
In the meantime, we kindly ask that a parent or caregiver remain with their child while using the nursery. A quiet nursing room is also available to provide a comfortable space for parents and infants during your visit.
